Outdoor Pursuits Yorkshire, the biggest event of its kind to be staged in Leeds, makes its debut in Millennium Square Leeds from 17-19 August 2012. This three day extravaganza will showcase all that is best about outdoor pursuits and the great outdoors. As well as a wide range of trade stands selling specialist kit and promoting activities to do, the show will be interspersed with a selection of inspiring interactivities for visitors to have a go at.

Over the three days, Millennium Square will be transformed into a giant interactivity and play area for adults to enjoy as well as children! From climbing walls to regular daily appearances by the spectacular Savage Skills mountain bike display team, to the focal point at the heart of the show that is Bushcraft, where adult and children can brush up on or learn new survival skills from a qualified team in safety. And we can reveal that people will be able to abseil down the side of the Civic Hall too. Now there’s a show stopper!
